Part cookbook, part foodoir, part travelogue, Expat Sofra is filled with intimate stories, delectable photos and appetizing recipes takes you directly into the Turkish kitchen by expats who earned a place there. American writer Katherine Belliel and Italian chef Francesca Rosa have a combined 25 years of experience of being nourished by Turkish hospitality. They set the table for cultural interactions between expats and Turkish culture through the use of food, art, and words.
There will be a reading and signing with the authors at Istanbul Concept on Friday, 15 November. The book signing coincides with the end of the exhibition by Gabrielle Reeves.
