- What’s On
Drawing on the private collections of UAE patrons, the Barjeel Art Foundation presents the revelatory work of Lebanese modernist Paul Guiragossian to mark the 25th anniversary of his death. The show features his work from the 1960’s through the 1990’s, a period marked by images that oscillate between figuration and abstraction. As Barjeel’s founding curator puts it, Guiragossian’s work ‘is pivotal to the study of modernism in the Arab world.’
