Lüleburgaz Sokullu Mehmet Paşa Mosque

Easily found in the centre of Lüleburgaz, this 16th-century mosque complex displays the same architectural refinement as its patron’s better-known mosque in Istanbul. Approached from the front, two domes lead you to the leafy courtyard and its elegantly curving ablution fountain. The mosque proper is surrounded by a garden on three sides, adding to the sense of peace and quiet within.
