Pamukkale

Named after the famous hot springs, Pamukkale are actually based a couple hours’ drive north, near the town of Güney, which sits on the edge of a plateau at about 800 metres above sea level. The continental climate here produces a wine that is slightly different from those typical of the Aegean.
