Film in competition fit into a few categories, including the Human Rights in Cinema Competition, the National Competition featuring films made in Turkey and a short film competition. Other films are grouped by themes, such as Best of the Fests, Young Masters, Documentary Time, Mined Zone, Antidepressant, Musicians, Where Are You My Love?, No More Flowers and Cinemania.

Films will be screened at eight movie theatres: Atlas and Beyoğlu movie theatres, as well as the Pera Museum in Tepebaşı, Rexx cinema and Kadıköy Cinema in <a href=”http://www.cornucopia.net/guide/kadkoey/>Kadıköy, Cinemaximum Zorlu Center in Gayrettepe and Cinemaximum City’s two halls in Nişantaşı.
