Musa Dağdeviren, the well-known chef of Çiya in Istanbul, is a leading authority on Turkey’s unique food traditions, and he just released his new cookbook on Turkish food, The Turkish Cookbook. As part of the Chicago Tribune Food Bowl, he will give a talk about Turkish cuisine and sign books following the talk.
