Cappadox for its third year with another inspiring programme. The aim of this festival, which brings together contemporary art, music, gastronomy and outdoor events, is to build connections with and ties to one of the most beautiful regions in Turkey: Cappadocia. This year’s theme is ‘Silence’.
Site-specific sound and light installations and performances dot Ortahisar and the concertsd span genres and musical styles. Various themed walks will take place throughout the course of the festival, from silent sunrise strolls to a flora walk.
The extensive contemporary art programme is curated by Fulya Erdemci and Ilgın Deniz Akseolğlu.
