Semih Zeki

March 25, 2015 – April 18, 2015

Bozlu Art Project Nişantaşı, Teşvikiye Cad 145/1, İsmet Apartmanı D1 (opposite the City’s shopping centre), Nişantaşı, Istanbul

The Bolu-born artist Semih Zeki probes into the ideological, incorporeal and visual components of architectural structures, in turn making critical references to the shallowness of everyday life. The resulting works are kaleidoscopic paintings that look akin to optical illusions. Look at them for too long and you will find it difficult to look away.
