Gidon Kremer created what became one of the world’s finest chamber orchestras at Austria’s Lockenhaus Festival in the summer of 1997. Since 2003 the orchestra has held its own festival in Latvia. It arrives in Istanbul from Moscow and continues to Baku on March 14.
