Mixer presents the 2019 editions of Lens, a new exhibition series which focuses solely on photography. The series, curated by Sena Çakırkaya, the series will follow the development of photography in Turkey and around the world by shifting its focus on different themes and techniques.

This year’s inaugural exhibition examines works that explore the technical and conceptual limits of photography and consider it a testing ground. Beyond the camera being used as a tool to convey ideas and facts, the exhibition looks at attempts to enhance the phenomenon of photography. Without being overshadowed by dominant theories.
