The Islamic Art Circle at SOAS, London University, is holding their last lecture for the 2018/19 academic year, ‘Ottoman Sultanic Mosques and the Critical Public in Early Modern Istanbul’, by Dr Zeynep Yürekli, Associate Professor of Islamic Art and Architecture, University of Oxford, on Wednesday, 12 June 2019 at 19.00 in the Khalili Lecture Theatre. The meeting will be chaired by Professor Scott Redford, Nasser D. Khalili Professor of Islamic Art and Archaeology.
