Terrace Exhibition

June 11, 2014 – August 23, 2014

The Elgiz Museum continues its summer ‘Terrace Exhibition’ series in its 1500 m2 open-air space. Works are curated with reference to age, not a theme or a concept.

The third exhibition in the series shows works from 32 Turkish sculptors under the age of 40, who were chosen by an advisory committee consisting of the renowned sculptor Seyhun Topuz, Rahmi Aksungur, Nilüfer Ergin, Haşim Nur Gürel and Can Elgiz. Works that challenge the notorious winds of the Ayazağa/Maslak district are on view. In the shadows of the skyscrapers and a constantly changing surrounding, audiences can view art from a different perspective.
