The Seventh Valley is a group exhibition bringing together the works of Alev Ebüzziya Siesbye, Behçet Safa, Bilge Friedlaender, Canan Tolon, Füsun Onur, Gökçen Dilek Acay, Murat Morova and Serdar Arat.The title was Inspired by the seven valleys visited by birds seeking the legendary bird of wisdom known as Simurgh in Persian Mythology.
The exhibition invites us to think about what we have encountered, what we risked and what we faced during our inner journeys in the current period. Cyclicity, rituals, mythology, nature-human relations and formal pursuits are among the themes that come to the foreground of the show.
