Fahrelnissa Zeid (1901 - 1991) was one of the most important woman artists of the twentieth century, she was part of the ‘Paris School’ and a pioneer of modern art in Turkey’s new republic. Bozlu Art Project has published a monograph on her life and works together with an exhibition including her early figurative works, abstract paintings, and post-1970’s portraits.
