A set of three clay figurines each with individual base.

Height: 6 inches / 15cm

Anatolia – “Anadolu” in turkish – is known for its rich history and has been the centre of several civilizations since prehistoric times. Anatolian idols are predominantly female. These highly stylised figurines represent fertility and creation and are among the most striking creations of Anatolian early habitats. Original findings can be traced back to the prehistoric age.

These hand-crafted clay figurines are unglazed and fired with primitive methods. Each piece is one-of-a-kind, signed by the artist and presented in its own gift box with a brief explanation of its historical significance. Anatolian idols are believed to bring bliss into the home and the heart.

Each figurine can also be purchased individually:

Anatolian figurine 1

Anatolian figurine 2

Anatolian figurine 3
