Donald Carroll (1940–2010)

The late Donald Carroll was an author, editor, poet and humourist. After settling in Bodrum during the 1980s he wrote his first travel book, The Insider’s Guide to Turkey. Later, fascinated with the excavations at Ephesus and the discovery of the House of the Virgin Mary nearby, he wrote a book on the subject, Mary’s House, available from Cornucopia.
