Ivan Samarine

Ivan Samarine was born in Vienna in 1964, and educated in England. He worked for eight years as an expert in Russian art at Sotheby’s. He is an art consultant and founder of the London-based Russian Art Consultancy agency. Co-author of Light, Water and Sky: the Paintings of Ivan Aivazovsky and Seas, Cities and Dreams: the Paintings of Ivan Aivazovsky.
