Lynn Gilbert

Lynn Gilbert is a widely published photographer whose work is in the permanent collection of The National Gallery in Washington DC and has appeared in exhibitions and museums in Turkey and the United States. Her body of work includes the 1970s series Children in Repose, and she is the author of Particular Passions: Talks with Women Who Shaped Our Times. She has a one-man show Along the Silk Road scheduled for October 2015 at the Godwin-Ternbach Museum in New York. Her new publication The Silk Road: Then and Now, which celebrates the traditional houses of Turkey, is now available online. She is represented by Throckmorton Fine Art in New York City.
