Dr Emre Aracı, the distinguished Turkish conductor, composer and arranger, conducts an Anglo-Turkish concert at the Conway Hall in London on Wednesday 10th and there will be a live BBC Radio 3 interview on the In Tune programme this coming Monday around 6.30 pm. In anticipation of the event on Monday 18th, at around 18.30 UK time, Katie Derham is joined by violinist Peter Fisher from the Chamber Ensemble of London alongside Emre Aracı. The programme explores English music for strings spanning three centuries and 19th-century European music from the shores of the Bosphorus. Dr Aracı will introduce items in both Turkish and English.
