Very happy to hear from Cornucopia friends who recently visited Çıralı that this hotel which we discovered back in 1996 is still going strong and is just as enchanting. Our notes then described the hotel as being ‘buried in a citrus grove’ beside to a wide stream flowing into a sea. The long beaches are still apparently unscarred by developments. The hotel can only sleep 20 and there is a blazing fire in the dining room in winter. Most guests eat in the shade of the trees in summer. The ruins of Olympos are just along the beach. The Chimera flames are half-an-hour’s walk inland. It really is a little paradise
