Daily 9am–4pm, closed Monday

Taxi to the steps leading up to the house on Aşiyan Yokuşu, or to the Bosphorus University campus. By bus to the coastroad Aşiyan busstop next to the Rumelihisarı cemetery.


The remarkable house that the poet Tevfik Fikret (1867–1915) built for himself in 1906, high above the Bosphorus, now a literary museum including his paintings and personal belongings and those of his contemporaries, the poets Nigar and Abdülhakhamid.
