Şakayık Sokak No. 4/A, Nişantaşı, Istanbul

Mon–Sat: 8.00–22.00; Sun: 10.00–22.00

This new hotspot in Nişantaşı, the name of which stands for Ministry of Coffee, serves cups of the black liquid to the fussiest coffee purist. The vibe in pure Sydney chic (one of the owners is Australian-Turkish and has been in the coffee business for over 30 years) and the prices are too: a cup can set you back TL12.

On the menu are breakfasts and light meals, including toast with Vegemite (the Australian version of Marmite), but the focus is definitely on the coffee.
