A veteran muhallebici with a standard menu of dishes such as mantı (meat dumplings), pilav and köfte, as well as the usual muhallebici desserts such as sütlaç (rice pudding) and kazandibi (a pudding made from the caramelised part that sticks to the pan when making tavuk göğsü). The house tavuk göğsü (the chicken breast pudding) is made fresh using buffalo milk.
