Istanbul Culinary Institute

A cooking school and culinary arts centre founded in 2007 by Hande Bozdoğan, with the aim of promoting the culinary cultures of Turkey. The centre runs a Professional Chef School Program in collaboration with Kadir Has University and the Institute of Culinary Education, New York. It also offers a variety of other training programmes, corporate activities and consultancy services.

enstitü, the onsite apprentice restaurant of the Professional Chef School Program, features seasonally changing a la carte menus, as well as a selection of daily specials.

Bozdoğan lends a few recipes to Cooking on the Boat, available from the Cornucopia store.
