Arooj Aftab
The Pakistani singer Arooj Aftab, declared ‘the coolest rock star in the world right now’ by ‘Uncut’ magazine, blends jazz, minimalism and South Asian traditions with avant-pop.Vulture Prince, her third album (2021), won a Grammy award for the song ‘Mohabbat’. Night Reign, her fourth solo album, appeared in 2024. This concert is one of the events of the İKSV Istanbul Jazz Festival.
