  The Sadberk Hanım's long-awaited Ottoman textile show is a truly jaw-dropping experience. The colour, finesse, humour, creative energy, discipline, the achingly beautiful sense of  harmony and proportion – the whole ethos of Ottoman civilisation is here. The curators have done the Saderk Hanım's superb collection proud. Due to end at the end of May, but now extended to the end of June, and perhaps even into early July. This is Istanbul's most important Ottoman exhibtion for two decades, and perhaps the most beautiful ever.
