Oktem Aykut Gallery’s new exhibition will open on May 2nd with ‘Invisible Dreams’, Görülmez Düşler, seven paintings from 2024 to 2025 and a series of pastels by the artist Mehmet Bayraktar. Invisible Dreams refers to the permeable spaces between what is perceived and what is sensed. This colorful exhibition will be on an open to the public till May 23rd.
Mehmet Bayraktar (1974, İzmir) graduated from Anadolu University Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Sculpture in 1997. He founded Noma Design in 2004 and in 2018, opened his first exhibition, “This is what life is like,” in Istanbul where he is based and continues to work in his studio there.
