- What’s On
The outcome of the Turkish Presidential Election will be of profound importance for the people of Türkiye as well as for Türkiye’s neighbours and the wider world. If President Erdoğan is re-elected, will his domestic and foreign policies remain unchanged? If he loses, will we see a reversion towards pre-AKP policies, and eventually towards a parliamentary system of government?
The event will be followed by a wine reception.
Speakers: Sir David Logan (BIAA Vice-President) John Peet (Special Reports Editor at The Economist) John Roberts (Energy Security Specialist at Methinks) Dr Dimitar Bechev (Author and Atlantic Council) Leyla Boulton (Journalist at the Financial Times)
