This lovely store is not your average sweet shop. It isn’t even your average Turkish delight shop, even though it sells a huge selection of one of Turkey’s most loved delicacies lokum (Turkish delight), as well as the boiled sweets known as ‘akide candy’. The lokum is just the right mix of soft and chewy and has the perfect amount of rose water, not to mention a thousand other exotic fragrances. Fragrances themselves, candles and books are also available, and everything, even the tiniest offering, comes wrapped as if for Louis XIV.
