To the Borders from Scotland’s most northerly islands comes this celebration in words, music and pictures. Music comes from the unique and evocative Shetland Fiddlers. We have the haunting poetry of Shetland’s best-known poet and former makar of Edinburgh, Christine de Luca. 

The celebration comes as part of the exhibition The Cockatrice’s Egg and also features the artwork by Joy Parker and poetry by Robert Leach.

Plus open mic for all poets, musicians or singers who would like to celebrate the voes, cliffs, wildlife and waves of the beautiful Shetland Islands.
