Most of the menu changes daily, but you’re always guaranteed high quality home-cooked food. The chef and owner Şemsa Denizsel is known for pioneering this sort of seasonal menu in Turkey. Try the wafer-thin savoury pastries called çıtır and ice-cold fresh lemonade.

Kantin moved from its space on Akkavak Sokağı to Milli Reasürans Passage in fall 2016. With the new space comes changes: Kantin now offers both a lunch and dinner service, and alcohol can be purchased. Enjoy your schnitzel or falafel, two of the dishes that are served everyday, with a Gara Guzu blonde beer or a glass of Umurbey wine.
