This charming cafe-restaurant serves cuisine inspired by the Laz region on the Black Sea. The word klemuri refers to the chain which holds the cauldron, a popular item in the Laz kitchen.

The ingredients used are organic and the dishes are lovingly prepared and include regional specialities such as the muhlama, a sort of cheese fondue made with corn flour, butter and cheese; gulaš, a Georgian beef stew; silor, Georgian ravioli; and rice served with anchovies and black currants.
