- What’s On
An art collector for over 20 years, Nesrin Esirtgen opened her gallery in 2011 in a famous apartment building full of galleries in Galatasaray. Her motivation for this was two fold: she wanted to share her collection with the public and, at the same time, to support emerging Turkish artists.
A non-for-profit gallery space, the Nesrin Esirtgen Collection hosts three to four exhibitions per year, one of which is a collection exhibition. The gallery also publishes annual artist monographs in order to help emerging Turkish artists establish themselves on the international stage.
The gallery closed in June 2015.
