This concert, one of the events of the 13th Opus Amadeus Chamber Music Festival, features Camerata Trajectina, a Dutch ensemble who play baroque instruments; this year, they are celebrating their 50th anniversary. The story around which their programme is organised is that of Gerard Hinlope, a Dutch traveller who travelled through Europe to Istanbul in 1670, so it is safe to assume that music of this period will be on the menu.
