Çağ Erçağ, one of Turkey’s leading cellists and a former member of the Borusan String Quartet, join forces with the Jordanian pianist Zina Asfour, trained in Paris and London, in a programme of works by the Syrian composer Dia Succari, Manuel de Falla, Gabriel Fauré, Sergei Rachmaninov, the contemporary Azeri composer İlyas Mirzayev and the Jordanian composer Tareq Al-Jundi. This recital, sub-titled Kıtalar Arasında (‘Between the Continents’), is one of the ‘Wednesday Classics’ series at this venue.
