The Zorlu Center in Zincirlikuyu (south of Levent) is a vast shopping mall containing performance spaces of various sizes plus a jazz club (‘Touché By N Kolay’) and their 0 Studio (‘Studio 100%’). All the performance spaces are within the ‘PSM’ (Performans Sanatları Merkezi – ‘Performing Arts Centre’). The Zorlu Center can be accessed via a long subterranean corridor leading from within the Gayrettepe metro station on the M2 line. If travelling by metrobus, get off at Zincirlikuyu and take the subterranean corridor that takes you from the metrobus stop to the Gayrettepe metro station. In this corridor, follow the signs for the Zorlu Center. In addition, buses and minibuses from Beşiktaş to Levent (some of which go on to Maslak) stop outside the Zorlu Center.

Kerem Görsev Trio
Pianist, composer and arranger Kerem Görsev, born in 1961 and trained at the Istanbul Municipal Conservatoire and the Istanbul State Conservatoire, is one of Turkey’s most famous jazz musicians; he has contributed a great deal to the popularity of jazz in his home country. Since 1995 he has produced 22 albums, the five most recent being After the Hurricane (2018), Perfect Balance (with Ernie Watts, 2019), With Strings / Quintet & Sextet (2021), Lost Ghost (2023) and Clear Horizon (2024). He creates music in formats ranging from orchestral arrangements to acoustic jazz; most of the pieces he plays in concerts are his own compositions. The Kerem Görsev Trio’s recordings for Mezzo TV have been widely praised by music critics, and have led to the group performing in a number of famous locations in Europe. The other members of his trio vary from concert to concert: he plays with either Volkan Hürsever or Kağan Yıldız on double bass, and with either Ferit Odman or Cengiz Baysal on drums.
The concert on Friday September 25 features vocalist Duygu Tarhan.
