A platform for emerging international artists, with a particular focus on Turkey. The permanent space in London’s Fitzrovia will showcase a curated list of international emerging artists, while occasional pop-up shows and special projects will be produced around the world, as well as one-off exhibitions of selected artists.

The aim of Karavil Contemporary is to create a two-way dialogue between the UK and Turkish art markets. Representing artists from Turkey as well as an international selection, the space will endeavour to not only provide exhibition opportunities in both countries, but also offer a much more supportive and guided approach to its artists’ career development. Simultaneously, it will guide its collectors in understanding, approaching and acquiring works from these emerging artists.

Karavil Contemporary joins Pi Artworks London and Rodeo’s London branch as spaces representing Turkish art in the city. Exciting things ahead.
