Bebek is a popular place to come for ice cream and this chain of ice creameries does Roman-style gelato and sorbets like no other. The über-rich flavour is achieved by using the best ingredients and following strict ice-cream making techniques. The tubs are only kept on display for three days, ensuring the freshest ice cream possible. The mastic flavour is a standout, but there are plenty of fruit, caramel and chocolate favours for the purists.

There are also branches in Nişantaşı, Tünel, Ortaköy, Caddebostan, and others, but it’s worth making the trip to Bebek, getting a cone and taking it to Bebek Park for a dessert with a view.
