Yahya Kemal Park

Cihannüma Mh., Beşiktaş, Istanbul

Always open

Named after the 20th-century poet, author and politician Yahya Kemal (well known for borrowing concepts from Turkish music to pepper his prose), this modest city park is a great place to rest your feet when exploring Beşiktaş. It’s main feature is a statue of Mehmed the Conqueror.
