Tasty tantuni, lesser-known but absolutely delicious street food from Mersin at this hole-in-the-wall restaurant. Bits of meat are chopped very finely and wrapped in tortilla, spiced and with parsley. Squeeze some lemon on top and if you are that way inclined, stick in a hot pepper. Described by Istanbul Eats as a sort of Turkish burrito, one tantuni is never enough. Share the second with a friend.
