Madame Katia

Istiklal Caddesi, Danışman Geçidi No. 37, Galatasaray, Beyoğlu, Istanbul

The last bespoke milliner in Beyoğlu, Madame Katia has been making beautiful hats since 1965. The shop is a wonderful time warp to 1960s Paris and although the customers are not as frequent as they used to be, this is the place to go to for a hat for that special occasion.

Don’t miss Ikonium Studio for Mehmet Girgiç’s traditional sikke hats. Leyla Seyhanlı in Cihangir stocks a large range of vintage hats.
